We ship via DHL from Germany. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, your order will usually be at your home within 5 - 10 working days. We will indicate any differing delivery times on the respective product page. Within or outside Germany, we ship every order over 300.00 euros free of charge. Below this, shipping costs 6.99 euros within Germany. In other countries, the price is displayed in the checkout process (approx. 16.99 euros).

Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU. The amount of customs fees depends on the amount of your order. Please understand that we do not cover these costs3

You can print out a new label directly from a sender, e.g. Hermes-Porta l or DHL . Please make sure that you have filled in all the required fields.
